Per my policy, I do charge a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the schedules appointment. I understand things happen so please communicate with me to see if we can work something out but remember my time is just as valuable as yours. If you arrive later than 10 min to your appointment there is a late fee. More than 15 min late may have to be rescheduled! Thank you! Samantha
